Ryan Mucci, co-founder, and President of Allure Window Decor is a leading-edge entrepreneur. His almost 20 years of experience includes the formation and operation of multiple organizations in the home decor industry with extensive knowledge in the retail sector. Ryan has a strong passion for real estate investing which he continues to pursue in his spare time. Ryan’s core values are focussed on honesty and integrity. He genuinely believes that a prosperous business is a direct result of client satisfaction. Ryan is dedicated in his effort to ensure that each client experience is everlasting. As a result, he has established many personal long-lasting friendships with the people he has met along his journey. Ryan is a passionate, dynamic and change driven individual with leadership skills and the ability to get things done.
Sal Shama
Sal Shama is a seasoned window fashion stylist. With almost 15 years of experience he has an enormous passion for his craft. “Seeing the happiness on my clients’ faces is self-fulfilling and the reason why I do this”. You may have seen him on TV or read his works in various national and local magazines. He attended York University where he was educated in the field of business and marketing. With a thirst for knowledge he continued his education completing courses and seminars in design, sales, online marketing, and of course, window coverings. Sal has been a business owner for over 15 years and attributes a great deal of his success to his parents, who taught him to be honest, confident, yet down to earth and humble. Sal’s future focus is developing and growing Allure Window Decor to a household brand.
Jennifer
Jennifer is the backbone to Allure Window Decor. She runs and keeps the office organized. If you have called in, you have probably spoken with her friendly voice. Jennifer helps to organize the team’s days and keeps the books in order. Her calm demeanour makes her a great customer service representative.
Jennifer’s schooling includes 2 years at George Brown’s Dental Assistant program and then 3 years at Cambrian College where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. She worked 15 years as a dental hygienist before she realized that it was not her true passion. She wanted to do something more related to health, wellness, and lifestyle. She went back to school and studied to become a Holistic Nutritionist which she practises part-time. She has also become an outstanding addition to the Allure Window Decor team.
In her spare time Jennifer likes making healthy plant-based meals, road cycling, skiing, and spending time with her husband and two girls.
